Caramel Custard

Caramel Custard

Egg 3
Milk 2 glass
Sugar 1.5 glass+some for making caramel
Vanula essence 1teaspoon
Boil milk n keep it to cool. Beat egg n sugar. Add milk n Vanilla essence to this. Make caramel in pudding tray and add the mixture to tray.Cook in steam(in cooker without whistle) for 20 minutes. keep in freeze after cooling. Pudding is ready to serve
