350gm..Boneless chicken
.1 tbspLemon juice
.1\4 tspSalt
.1\2 tspPepper powder
.1-2Eggs, beaten
.1\4 cupPlain flour
.1\2 cupBread crumbs
.1\4 cupCorn flake crumbs
.1\4 cupParmesan cheese, finely grated
.1\4 cupButter or Oil
.1\2 cupMayonnaise
.2-3 tbspChilli sauceCooking
1.Cut chicken into one inch pieces.
2. combine chicken pieces, lemon juice, salt & pepper powder. Keep aside for2 hours or over night in fridge.
3.the bread crumbs, corn flake crumbs, parmesan cheese mix together in a bowl.
4.Put the flour on a large plate.
5.Remove the chicken cubes from marinade. and toss them in flour.
6.Then dip the cubes in beaten egg and roll in crumb mix to coat.
7.Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chicken nuggets 2-3 minutes each side until golden
8.Serve hot
dipping sauce.
mix mayonnaise& chilli sauce in a bowl......
