🍈Coconut Pudding

🍈Coconut Pudding Recipe🍈
Soak 10 to 14 gm chinagrass in coconut water or tender coconut water...
Blend 1 cup fresh coconut in 1 litre milk and strain it in a strainer..
Heat milk with 1/2 to 1 tin cond. Milk plus sugar...add melted chinagrass to this..
Mix it with 1 pack fresh cream..
If you have tender coconut chop or grind it to small pieces and combine with milk mixture and pour into a serving dish and refrigerate
can decorate with some chopped nuts of your choice
Delicious coconut pudding is ready
