turmeric powder-a pinch
1.Dissolve arrowroot powder in three cup of water.
2.Add sugar and turmeric powder and mix well.
3.Cook in a pan.
4.Keep on stirring continuouly till the mass starts thickening.
5.continue to cook till it comes to the halwa consistency.
6.Add little ghee and mix.
7.Mix cardamom powder.
8.Spread it on a greased plate.
9.Garnish with fried cashew nuts and raisins.
10.On cooling, cut into pieces.
