Thiruvathira puzhukku

Ingredients

kappa(Tapioca) - 1 cup
chembu - 1/2 cup
koorka - 1/4 cup
kachil - 1/4 cup
Chena - 1/2 cup
vanpayar-1/2cup
Plantain - 1
Potato - 1

Salt - to taste
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Turmeric - 1tspn
Coconut oil - 1tsp

grated Coconut - 1 cup
Green chilly - 3
Cumin seeds - 1tsp

Method

1.Cook vanpayar with salt.
2.Cook Tapioca with salt,drain water and keep aside.
3.Cook the remaining vegetables together.
4.Add tapioca and vanpayar to the cooked vegetables.
5.Add turmeric powder and salt as per taste.
6.Grind coconut, green chilly and cumin seeds together and add this to the vegetables.
7.When vegetables are done, add coconut oil and curry leaves.
