Ingredients:
- Egg - 4 no.
- Semolina / Rava(Sooji) - 100 gms.
- Ghee -1 tbspn.
- Sugar - 50 gm
- Cashew Nuts – 10 nos.
- Raisins – 10 nos.
- Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp.

Method of preparation:
- Heat semolina in a pan, and keep it aside.
- Beat 4 egg in a blender / food processor. Add sugar and cardamom powder to it, beat it again. Make it fluffy. Transfer semolina to this and mix well.
- Heat a sauce pan / pressure cooker. When heated pour ghee, rotate the pan. Pour semolina egg mixture in to it. Cover it, allow it to cook in a very low flame.
- Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins after 3-5 mins.
- Cook for half an hour in low flame. ( If you are using pressure cooker, put the lid on the cooker without weight )
- The batter will come up when it is cooked. Prick in the middle with a kinfe to check whether it is properly cooked.
