Apple Pudding

Apple Pudding:

Milk -500 ml(1/2 ltr)
egg - 1
condensed milk -6 - 7 tsp
vanilla essence 3 drops.
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
sugar 5- 6 tsp
agar 7gm(china grass)

1- soak agar in the 250 mi hot milk for 30 min.
2-Beat the egg with vanilla essence & cardamom powder

3-In a blender jar add remaining milk, condensed milk, sugar, egg etc and blend for 5 min.

5- Heat in a pan boil the soaked agar in low flame flame till agar completely dissolved ..now add the blended mix to the pan and heat 10 more minutes while stirring all the time & remove from heat...

6-transfer 2 the mix in a pudding mold along with grated apple. keep it 4 1/2 hr.then chill it for 2 hr..serve it
