For preparing gobi paneer:
Paneer - 250 g(grated/mashed)
Grated cauliflower - 1 cup
Onions(medium) - 2 nos(finely chopped)
Tomatoes(medium) - 2 nos(chopped)
Spring onions(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Green pepper - 3 nos(ground)
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Oil - 2 tsp
Chappathi dough : As reqd
Preparation Method of Gobi Paneer Paratha Recipe
1)In a pan, heat oil.
2)Saute onions, tomatoes, salt and other spices.
3)Add spring onions, cauliflower and paneer and mix well.
4)Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame.
6)After 10-12 mins, remove the vessel from the fire.
7)Roll out the chappathy dough into small rounds and make a small well in the centre. Fill with paneer gobi and roll out into a round thick paratha.
8)Cook in a tawa on both sides and serve hot.
