Ingredients (for 4 people)
1.Fresh Cream - 300 ml
2.Powdered Sugar - 1cup
3.Gelatin - 1 tbsp
4.Water- 2 tbsp (to dissolve gelatin)
5.Milkmaid (Optional) - 1/4 tin (not necessary)
6.Vanilla Ess: - 1 tsp

For Mango Crush
1.Ripe Mango - 2 or 3
2.Milk - 1 cup
3.Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
4.Chopped Almonds & Pistachios for garnishing

1.Combine Fresh Cream and Powdered Sugar in a bowl. Stir constantly and bring to lukewarm , on low flame. Keep aside.
(If u r using milkmaid, add it too)
2.Dissolve gelatin and once it is cool, add into the lukewarm Cream mix.
3.Add Vanilla Ess. and mix again with the spatula (dont heat anymore)
4.Now pour into glasses/bowls and refrigerate it until set.
(If you want a slanting effect , keep the glasses in a slanting position in the refrigerator.
5.Just before serving ( once the cream mix is set) , peal off the mangoes and make a smooth paste in the mixer adding sugar and milk.
6.Take out the glasses of set cream, pour the mango smoothie on top. (If you want, this can be chilled again for sometime)
7.Garnish with chopped almonds & pistachios.
