Vegetable Fried Rice

Ini oru Veg Fried Rice aayaaloo..

Vegetable Fried Rice

1. Basmati Rice – 2 cup
2. Carrot – 1 nos.
3. Green Peas – 1 cup – (Njan frozen peas aanu use cheithathu)
4. Chopped Spring onion – Oru valiya thandu
5. Ginger – One small piece.
6. Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp.
7. Pepper Powder – ½ tsp.
8. Grambu – 4-5 (Optional)
9. Patta – 1 medium piece (Optional)
10. Naranga neeru – ½ piece narangayude
11. Salt.

Method
---------

Basmati rice oru glass inu athe alavil 2 glass vellam vechu vevikuka. Njan vevikunnathinu munne ithiri ghee yil Grambu, Pattayum ittu onnu mooppichu athil vellam ozhichu thila varumpol aanu rice add cheithu adachu vechu aanu vevichathu. Vellam thilakunnathinu munne paakathinu uppum naranga neerum cherkaan marakruthu. Vellam nalla pole vatti kazhiyumpol stove off cheyyuka. Spoon ittu othiri ilakaathe nokkanam..Angane cheithal rice podinju pokum.

Ini oru pathrathil kurachu oil choodaki athil inji ittu mooppichu athileku carrot, green peas cherthu paathi cook aakunna vare ilaki kodukuka. Kurachu uppu cherkaan marakaruthu. Enitu kurumukalu podiyum Soy sauce cherkkuka. Ithiri spring onion koode ittu vevichu vechirikunna rice add cheithu mix cheyyuka. Fried rice ready.

Note:- Njan thavi kondu ilakaathe pathram 2 side ilum pidichu restaurant il cook cheyyana pole poki pokki aanu ellam ilaki koduthathu. Rice add cheithu kurachu neram theeyil vechu idakku idakku mukalil paranja pole ilaki konde irunnu.
