Rice flour(roasted) - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 3/4 cup
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Salt - As reqd
Coconut oil - 1 tsp
Plantain leaf(Vazhayila) - A few (vaattiyathu)


1)Add salt and coconut oil to the rice flour and make it into a dough by adding enough water.

2)Spread the dough on the vazhayila pieces.

3)Mix together the grated coconut and sugar well.

4)Put this mixutre inside the adas and fold the vazhayilas.

5)Cook both the sides of the ada on a dosa tawa.
