Mocha (Coffie + Chocolate) cake

Mocha (Coffie + Chocolate) cake


All purpose flour - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Dark compound/Cooking chocolate - 200g
Black coffie - 1 cup (Boil 1 cup of water n add 3 tsp of instant bru coffie powder)
Eggs - 3
Butter milk - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp heaped
Oil - 1 cup

Prep :

Sift all purpose flour and baking powder thrice.

Grate the chocolate bar and mix in the black coffie. Stir until the chocolate melts.

Powder the sugar and put into a large bowl. Add egg into it one by one, and beat well until the colour turns pale.
Add oil to it and mix well. Then pour coffie-chocolate mix and mix thoroughly.
Then add flour to this, spoon by spoon and mix without lumps. Add 1/4 cup of butter milk. If the consistency is too thick, add 1/4 cup more. Keep aside.

Preheat the oven in 180 d.

Grease a round cake tin and dust flour and remove the excess flour.
Pour the batter into it and bake for 35 minutes. Start checking in 25 minutes.
You will get an ultra soft moist cake, that melts in your mouth!!!
