CHICKEN TIKKA

CHICKEN TIKKA
Ingredients:

First marinating
1-Chicken- 500gms
2-Ginger paste- 1 tsp
3-Garlic paste-1 tsp
4-Kashmiri red chilli powder-1 tspn
5-Salt-as reqd
6-Lemon juice-1 tbspn

Second marinating
1-Corn flour- 2 tbspn
2- Yogurt- 1/2 cup
3-Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1 tspn
4-Salt- as reqd
5- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tspn
6-Garam masala powder- 1/2 tspn
7- Mustard oil- 3 tbspn

Preparation:
1- Mix the ingredients for 1st marination as given in the order
2-Keep it for 25 minutes
3- Mix the ingredients for the 2nd marination as per the order
4- Mix both and keep for 2 hours
5-Cook in the oven
