Paalak - 1 bunch(cleaned, washed and pressure cooked)
Paneer - 200 gm(diced and fried in oil until golden in color)
Onions(small) - 2 nos(finely chopped)
Ripe tomato - 1 no(diced)
Garlic pods - 4 nos
Ginger - ½ inch piece
Green chillies - 2 nos
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Preparation Method of Paalak Paneer Recipe
1)Grind together cooked paalak, garlic pods, ginger piece and green chillies with very little water.
2)Heat oil in a kadai.
3)Add the cumin seeds and after a few seconds, add the chopped onion.
4)Once they turn transparent, add the diced tomatoes.
5)Once the tomatoes turn pulpy, add the ground paste, fried paneer, salt to taste and sugar.
6)Once the paneer becomes soft and you get nice aroma, switch off the stove.
