chutaracha chamanthi.......specially for kanji

coconut---1/2 portion or sliced pieces-1cup
dry red chillies-6to 8
small red onion--4-6
tamarind-1/2 tsp
ginger-1big piece
curry leaves-1 sprig
salt -as u needed

1...dry roast the coconut slices in a heavy bottom pan,turn the sides,when both side
turns to golden brown
2...add the dry red chillies ,saute till the coconut slices and dry red chillies change the
colour
note----take care not to burn them..keep aside
3......allow to cool....when it cools down grind it together with
shallots,tamarind,ginger,curry leaves,salt
4.......serve it with warm kanji.....or any other dishes as ur choice

note-its too good to eat when u hav fever,couf ad cold with kanji
